Ein erholsamer Kontrast zum meist hektischen Deutschland &#8230; alles scheint hier etwas langsamer zu gehen &#8230; Zeit den Gedanken ihren Lauf zu lassen oder auf der sch\u00f6nen Plaza Espana in aller Ruhe einen cafe con leche zu trinken oder einige der Tapas zu versuchen.<\/p>\n<h2>Insidertipp im S\u00fcden Mallorcas<\/h2>\n<p><a title=\"Geheimtipp auf Mallorca\" href=\"https:\/\/www.porta-mallorquina.de\/blog\/llucmajor-geheimtipp-im-sueden-von-mallorca\/\">Llucmajor<\/a> entdeckt man eigentlich immer erst auf den zweiten Blick, obwohl der Gemeindebezirk, der an die Playa de Palma angrenzt, mit insgesamt\u00a0 mehr als 36 000 Einwohnern der zweitgr\u00f6\u00dfte auf Mallorca ist. Der Ausl\u00e4nderanteil ist mit 17% sehr hoch, <strong>fast sechs Prozent davon sind deutsche Einwanderer<\/strong>. Mehr als 10 000 Einwohner des Gemeindebezirkes leben im vom Massentourismus gepr\u00e4gten S\u2019Arenal. Ungef\u00e4hr die gleiche Zahl Einwohner hat das beschauliche St\u00e4dtchen selbst.<\/p>\n<h2>Vom Tourismus weitgehend unber\u00fchrt<\/h2>\n<p>Wenn man die zw\u00f6lf Kilometer von S\u2019Arenal nach Llucmajor f\u00e4hrt <strong>scheint pl\u00f6tzlich die Zeit still zu stehen<\/strong>. Es ist ein Wandel der Welten. Weil Llucmajor nicht direkt am Strand liegt, ist es vom Tourismus weitgehend unber\u00fchrt geblieben. Insider wissen die Stadt genau deswegen zu sch\u00e4tzen. Es gibt hier nur ein bis zweist\u00f6ckige Dorfh\u00e4uschen, keine Hochh\u00e4user und auch keine Hotels.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In seiner romantisch wirkenden R\u00fcckst\u00e4ndigkeit erinnert die Stadt ein wenig an Deutschland in den 50er Jahren.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Einspurige Strassen f\u00fchren durch die Stadt und es gibt sehr wenig Verkehr. Stra\u00dfenfeger s\u00e4ubern die Carreteras mit dem Besen und beim Herrenfris\u00f6r an der Plaza Espana stammen die St\u00fchle aus Zeiten, als sich hierhin noch kein einziger Tourist verirrt hat.<\/p>\n<p>Seit 2010 ist der gro\u00dfe zentrale Marktplatz verkehrsberuhigt. Jeden Abend, im Sommer wie im Winter, sitzen hier viele Leute in den umliegenden Cafes und Tapas Bars und Dutzende von Kindern spielen auf und um den neuen Spielplatz.
