Voraussetzung ist,  dass es sich hierbei nicht um ein Naturschutzgebiet handelt und keine Strafanzeigen oder Disziplinarverfahren existieren.<\/p>\n<p>Experten gehen davon aus, dass auf den <strong>Balearen rund 40.000 solcher Bauten<\/strong> existieren, die einst der landwirtschaftlichen Nutzung dienten und nachtr\u00e4glich zu Wohngeb\u00e4uden erweitert oder umfunktioniert wurden.
